Saucy Custom Eatery & Bar opened in May 2017 and is located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Since then, thousands of guests have created unique meals with the fully customizable menu.

 

The revolutionary menu allows guests to create a burger, salad, panini, or quesadilla with their choice of base, meat, cheese, and toppings - the possibilities are endless. In addition, guests have full access to the Sauce Station, or condiment bar, which houses over 50 condiments, sauces, and spreads to complete each meal. Everyone can find something they will enjoy, between Saucy's vegan, gluten-free options, the appetizers and sides menu, and customizable beverages. 

 

As a supporter of creativity, imagination, and exploration, Saucy launched a non-profit art education outreach program called Fresco. Fresco offers free art lessons in drawing, painting, ceramics, and more for children in Kansas City from 1-19 years old. The program allows youth to receive an art education that is not available in most schools anymore, and encourages them to experience the world through a creative lens. Advanced students have the opportunity to create art work for the restaurant, as well as hand-crafted dishes.

 

Saucy Custom Eatery & Bar was designed for the passionate, picky, and purposeful individual. The open layout allows for parties from 1-40 people, and the creative atmosphere encourages conversation and community.
